This Department monitors research project development, advising on, managing and supervising implementation of projects’ administrative and economic aspects.
The Project Monitoring and Justification Department actively co-operates with researchers from the Fundació Clínic–IDIBAPS, as it not only performs the traditional function of producing reports for funding institutions, but also helps with compliance with the administrative and economic regulations established by the same.
Its knowledge of funding institutions' regulations and its researcher-based management approach make this Department an internal partner that possesses the capacity to optimise resources and offer researchers comprehensive support
