Who we are Organisation Departments
One of the organisation's strategic objectives is to implement quality management processes. A department has been created for this purpose and focuses on the two following areas: control and monitoring of the processes that ensure compliance with the objectives, and implementation of a continual improvement system that increases productivity.
The main focus of the work performed by this Department is to ensure that Clínic Foundation - IDIBAPS researchers, funding institutions and all of the staff participating in the processes are satisfied.

The Financial Control Department is responsible for producing the organisation's budgets and then comparing them at regular intervals against the results of implementation.
After identifyingthe causes of possible discrepancies between funds received and expenditure for each research project, it advises the Management on appropriate decisions.
The Financial Controller also analyses work processes and draws up the internal procedures required to ensure proper financial management.

The Finance Department manages the resources received from both public and private entities for the purpose of biomedical research. It is staffed by personnel suitably qualified to administer the foundation's funds.
